In Alsace, our emblematic grape variety for the "Reds" is Pinot Noir. It can be worked in different forms, Rosé, Red, Barrel of Oak and "Insolite".

We mainly find aromas of red fruits (Morello cherries, Blackberries, Blackcurrants and Raspberries) but also spices and obviously Tannins.
